The Frontzu Politia Complex (Hotel | Restaurant | Conference Center | Café | Play area) is located in the Hill of Saint Trinity just one kilometer from the center of the city of Ioannina, with wonderful view over the Lake Pamvotis.The location of the Frontzu Politia Complex, gives visitors the opportunity to enjoy the tranquility and breathtaking view in nature and greenery just a few minutes from the center of Ioannina.

In the past, the area was used for the extraction of aggregates. In the '60s, the memorable K. Frontzos - Mayor and Congressman of Ioannina and President of the Continental Research Company (CRC) - fascinated by the wonderful view and the natural environment, bought certain acres from civilians so as to create a high quality recreation.
